For big projects or Tasks, I would show you how to take a big project or task, and break it down into bite size pieces (tasks), then schedule out on your calendar these small tasks to complete each day. Then by the end of a predetermined period you would have the big project completed.
If it is just a general too many things to do and not enough time, this is something we can accomplish together as well. I can show you how to schedule out these tasks and plan how to get them accomplished. Then you need to only work on one day at a time and before you know it your tasks are complete.
The last step is to know when to delegate the tasks you just don’t have time for out to a VA. Delegation is necessary to be able to make your business a success so that you can have the time for the things you absolutely have to do yourself.
